Another product i've found that works great is called T.S.P. it's a powder you mix with hot water. You use a scrub brush to apply it and then wipe with a damp sponge to remove dirt. Keep cleaning the sponge everytime in a fresh bucket of water. I cleaned the ceiling (under side of pop top) which is some sort of felt which was stained from the PO smoking butts inside, my smoke probably didn't help either :) I couldn't believe how clean it was. Although it was rather harsh on the back and time consuming, it was well worth it. I plan on doing all the door panels, cab ceiling etc. this weekend.
