Wow, 174,000 miles and it looks that good? Why did you decide to rebuild it? Head leaks?

Be sure to measure the crank journals and rods, both ends. Are the cylinders within spec? I don't think I would re-use a cam and lifters with this many miles. How about the studs? any corrosion? Head mating surfaces?

The two things I have done are grounding the right head to the major ground point on the left side, and using No Rosion (http://no-rosion.goshoppingonline.com/index.asp) along with Autobahn coolant every two years.
