I thought about this once, but and upper body strength program is much easier and cheaper!

I don't know if it can be done, but you will need the steering rack, hoses, pump, brackets, etc, from a donor van and lots of time and patience. You will have to remove all of this stuff to figure out how to install it on your van. It will be interesting to hear if anyone has actually done it!
