About ever 2 years, I take my vehicles to the "you wash" car wash. There I cover the entire engine, and under carrage with "gunk" engine cleaner. I let it sit for 15 minuetes, then use the car wash wand, to wash it off. Once clean I take it home and use an air hose to dry everything. Then I spray clear engine paint over the entire engine compartment. This ends up looking like a new car engine.
