This is nearly a certainty. As someone who deals with water pollution/drainage/etc every day, I can tell you that most storm drains will eventually dump into a water body. Urban watersheds won't get any cleaner until folks are taught these things. My agency's engineers view streams as conduits for runoff and wastewater and care little for what happens to them in the process. This is why I'm nearly bald...I deal with them daily! -- Please remove "faux." from my reply-to address above in order to send a reply. I'll try anything to try and foil the junk email mutants.
