Rear shocks are relatively easy. Some WD-40 or similar on the current mountings may help make removal easier. Getting the old ones off may take longer than putting the new ones on. From what I've seen it's easiest if you get the new shocks on the mounts the first try, after that things get a little more difficult since you have to recompress them. Good luck.
