Sounds like injector problem -- bad or fouled injector, bad wire to injector, bad ECU drive to injector. Check the latter two by switching injector plugs on those two cylinders. If the problem follows the switch, you have a bad ECU drive transistor or an open in the harness, I suspect. Don't worry about switching the plugs, all four injectors fire at the same time so it doesn't matter which is plugged in where.
