Subject: Heater hose help
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

I just got back from the dealer where I priced out the heater hose that I need for my 85 (block to rear heater core T) for a whopping $72, special order of course. The prices is because the hose that is available is the one that goes from the engine block to the front heater. You simply cut the hose to insert the rear heater tees.

The hose is of course flared at one end (the block end) so I'll have to do a bit of reducing at some point.

Does anyone have diameters for the coolant outlet on the head? For the rear heater tees? So that I can get to work finding the hoses.

Thanks,
