has anyone had any difficulties in ordering from this company?

my girlfriend tried ordering us a curtain kit, they sent a confirmation back thanking her for her order, but nothing was ever sent to us, nor was her card charged! i tried calling the phone number on the website and it's disconnected?

if anyone could refer me to a different place that carries the curtain kits i'd greatly appreciate it
