Hi Dan

My deck lid is about 4" higher, but it could be a bit less. Since my van is a cargo type, no rear seating, it does not interfere with anything. David at FastForward has or is working on modified hinges for the rear seats and bed for Westies to provide a flat platform. You can find his site at:
