I own a 1982 1.6l TD vanagon and i plan to store it outside for winter. (I live in Quebec, Canada and it is cold with quite lot of snow) Does anybody have suggestions about what to do for storage to prevent from rust damage on frame/body and to protect the engine? Should i cover the vehicle? with what? How will the engine start after 6 months in the cold without running? How can i proceed to have a "easy-with-no-engine-damage-start"? Thanks!
