In this month's issue of Outdoor Explorer - Volume 1, Issue 2, Fall 1999 - there is an article on the advantages/joys of traveling in a RV. In the midst of this article is one page telling of the positive attributes of "The Venerable VW Van" - HEY, VW vans getting positive press... Phrases used by the writer include: "breadbox on wheels", "big, friendly VW-van club out on America's highways", "Not every vehicle in the campground is a cultural icon". The author is Nancy Nasworthy - are you out there anywhere Nancy? Apparently this is a start-up mag and you can get a free copy at www.outdoorexplorer.com/magazine/
