Break the seal, break the > warranty - let alone solder extra connectors and so forth... Warranty? ROTFL. Just make yourself a Digitool...it's worth it. Darrell just handed me a cool addition to the Digitool at CoCC...the AFM capacitor fix. The neat thing is that the Digitool uses a standard DB25 connector, so he just affixed the capacitor to the correct 2 pins and you plug it into the Digitool. Simple, yet clever. Just do it! :-) -Karl Karl and Kristina Bloss, Trexlertown, PA '87 Westfalia Weekender "Beverley" - 188K miles VW Mechanic list: http://www.enter.net/~bloss/vw/vwshops Busses by the Trail - Oct 15-17, 1999: http://www.enter.net/~bloss/vw/bbtt PA/NJ Vanagon owner's mailing list: http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/pavanagon |
