I have the euro tail lights. As for brightness/visibility, the Euros use a different lense that provides a more uniform dispersement of light, 3without the bright spot created by the bulb/reflector in the usa version. The Euros are very visible, BTW, without the glare. steve

p.s. what watt is the fog bulb? Is there a number on it?
