Hi John: Check your window seals too, they were a major problem on my 1990, just did them and the difference was phenomenal! Two problems were related to these seals - one was the noise from wind leaking in during a crosswind, and second was the windows rattling when traveling a bumpy road. You will get an upper channel, and the two lower wipers - everything installs without taking the door apart, as the upper is a press fit, and the lowers are held by about 5 clips inside the channel. You will need to bend the upper to mold around the rear curve, and then it needs to be trimmed to fit where it meets the lower wipers. Don't worry too much about the front window channel - mine was fine after 9 years of use.

Is this typical on westies or are my seals worn out? I assume the seals on the door are the originals (1985). Have any listees replaced them? Is this a dealer only item?
