It's a British printing, and I do have them for $24.95, direct from the UK. It is indeed a repair and service manual; while it may not go into very detailed and experienced repairs such as ground-up trans rebuilding, it does have very good info on the typical major and minor repairs that a "backyard mechanic" is likely to do.
