Hi Ed,

More details are needed. What kind of radio? How are they wired?

I had to rewire my rear speakers to include two ground wires (one for each speaker). The stock setup uses a common ground, which my radio would not work with.

Possibly your radio requires an amplifier in order for the fader control to work. Been there, also.
