I'd also like to register some positive vendor feedback. I ordered a set of
brake drums for my '90 Syncro a few weeks ago - one of them arrived smashed
with a big chip out of the rim - it must have happened before packing
because the box was undamaged. From past experience with other small mail
order vendors (not on our list), I called the Bus Depot expecting to have to
wait weeks to get a replacement, but to my amazement they just sent out a
new one with no fuss at all - arrived in 4 days. It may have cost them a few
bucks to make me happy, but they'll get it back and then some from me and
those I recommend them to.
