Ours runs about 2 weeks on propane continuously, in the summer on MAX, with a weekend of camping cooking during the time measured.

I was delighted just to get our fridge to operate on propane, as I'd read so many messages from volks who said they could not get theirs to work! (BTW, I discovered that the directions on the label for the fridge contradict those in the OM, and that only the latter work.)

At any rate, it has never occurred to me to leave it on propane on the road. I simply assumed it was unsafe and not recommended. Is this not the case? But on propane or AC mine cools to about 35-40 degrees whereas on DC it's more like 50 degrees. How long will it run on propane if left on all the time?

Just curious, Bill
