I took a small amount of water w/dawn dishsoap (just enough to swish around
and get the entire surface of the lens. I then dumped as much of the water
out as I could and let the lenses dry in the sun for a few hours. When I put
them back in the van I tested the headlights and noticed a small amout of
condensation on the inside of the lens. To fix this I took out the bulb and
set my 500 watt halogen worklight (aka heatlamp!) right in front of the
outside of the lens and left it there for 1/2 an hour. The heat from the lamp
got rid of the remaining moisture. This got rid of the condensation and my
lights have been fine since (this was done about a month and a half ago). The
most important thing from what I've been told is to make sure that there is
no moisture whatsoever in the headlamp housing.
