Well...prior to transmission failure, I was asking $14,000 USD. The interior
is complete and in good condition, including the rear facing fifth seat. The
exterior has some bumps, however the selling point is for sure the engine.
It went into the van with just under 6,000 miles on it and I've put almost
that much on now myself. Being an A3 motor it's slightly taller than the
standard 2.0L and subsequently puts out a bit more torgue. The fuel
injection system was switched from the original Motronic to Digifant II, and
the exhaust was built to spec with 2" piping. I'm willing to entertain
offers with and without new tranny, however the price will obviously rise if
the van is sold w/new engine and new tranny. Oh, the van has power steering,
with a brand new (2-weeks) power steering pump. And was originally set up
for AC...the compressor was not re-mounted following the conversion, however
I'd include it in the sale. I'll be glad to answer any other questions, just
remember to p-mail since I'm still off list :(

How much do you want for the van? I know a couple who would be
interested
if the price was right.
