I have exactly the opposite theory with the heater. My van gets about 1000 miles on it all summer, and then at least 600 miles a week in the winter going back and forth from the mountains. The heater is a huge benefit, returning to the van after spending the day backcountry skiing and being able to dry out my clothes, waking up and having the van warm before i crawl out of my sleeping bag, etc.... By the way i've got a nice warm pair of gloves also, just in case.... John 85 westy'staying warm' |
