Replace the tank. I just replaced mine yesterday. The old was was leaking only when the engine was hot and had high pressure. When I took a close look at the old one, I noticed many (too numerous to count) hairline cracks in the plastic. A new tank and sender was about $35 from the Bus Depot, or about $65 at the local dealer. Took about 1 week for mine to show up from the Bus Depot.
