I forgot to add...HE LETS ME BRING PARTS I BUY FROM THE LIST VENDORS no problem so long as they are top quality and they are delivered prior to or at the time the vehicle is dropped off. This alone can save a bundle, but don't abuse the privilege by asking that he wait for you to get a part he discovers you need while the van is on the lift...that's pushing it! And if the part fails, it's your dime to pull it and replace it.
