It was apparantly intended for '84-up Westfalias and weekenders, which have a heater conduit directly above the sliding door, although a number of people have purchased them for earlier campers and non-Westies and fit them anyway. It snaps on just like the rear hatch screen on a Westy, and snap recepticles are included. There is a double sided zipper in the middle so you can enter/exit the van with the screen in place. You also open/close the sliding door while it is installed, if desired. It is available in brown or gray trim, for $89, on my website. This item was an immediate hit when I introducted it this summer, and many people had to wait several weeks to get one because demand far exceeded supply. Now that the initial demand has subsided, I finally have a couple in stock for immediate delivery, the first time I've been able to catch up with demand since introducing them. - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot, Inc. http://www.busdepot.com (215) 234-VWVW |
