G. Matthew Bulley, Thank you for the response. I am at my work e-mail right now, ehall@btv.ibm.com. The plugs are Bosch units ordered from Bus Depot which I assume are for the correct temp range. I gaped the plugs to 0.028 as I didn't have the spec at the time, I will verify as I now have the manual. I ran a bottle of Techtron through the system at our first fillup <1 month ago, but my experience is it usually requires more than one bottle if there is a problem, so I will feed it another. My trip to work today (8 miles) went ok, no rich/intermittent firing, and it started fine. Idle control is working well. Perhaps the AFM was dirty, and my cleaning it last night helped, but more time on the road is required to determine if the problem is gone. I still have to track down the vacuum leak, any suggestions?
