As for the dent I would send it back. The hole is for the oxygen
sensor. You must have a 1.9L which hash the sensor in the upstream pipe.
If you use the hole for a working O2 sensor it MUST be upstream. I could
not tell any difference in power between the empty Cat and working model.
AS for no replies I must have missed it the first time.
