Hi David, I like your idea of using a relay to prevent the fridge from freezing in dc mode. I think the fridge pulls about 7 amps dc so a 30 amp relay would handle the load with ease. The fridge pulls 0.7 amps in ac mode so as you state the standard thermostat switch may have a short life if one used it direct. I am interested in your gas / gray water jug you showed me at cocc, I looked for one at a hardware store and 2 flaps with no luck. What was the name / company that made it? Darrell
