I conduct settlement conferences as a volunteer judge
pro temp for SF superior court...so might as well do it
for fellow list members, too.  We all benefit when
everybody gives what they can to our "community."  BTW,
most mediators charge around $300 per hour or more, at
least here in SF.  Medition is a much better way to
resolve most disputes than lawsuits.
