The oil fill tube (most of them) is made of three parts. Two aluminum castings and a plastic tube. Bolted on with allen bolts. Might be tricky to get off from above. I've always done it from below with the bottom pan off.

The oil filler seal is an o-ring. Probably originally a metric size, but probably you can find a US size close enough. If not I can mail you one.

The manual talks about the drain plug seal. Copper washer. I find that mine doesn't leak and hence don't replace it every time.
