This is the same way as in Norway, only that the delivery vans are only 30% taxes or so. Almost any luxury station wagon or any minivan can be bought as two seater delivery versions here, at very reduced prices. Of course, the bigger engine, the higher cost, no matter if the bigger engine is cleaner and more efficinet than the smaller alternative. Example: A Chr*sler minivan, as a 7 seater 3,8 wagon it can cost as much as $90.000, but as a 2 seater 2,5 TD delivery it starts at $25.000. Crazy, no?
