If you are replacing the old rubber with new, simply take a knife and cut the rubber, and the glass will come out very easily. If you are not planning on replacing the rubber, start in a corner, using a couple of screw drivers, carefully working the rubber over the edge. It is difficult in the beginning, but once you have started the procedure and get the hang of it, it will be easy. Be careful with the front windshield, it cracks very easily!!

Install the rubber on the glass, then insert a clothes line or wire in the right size (2-3 mm) in the section of the rubber where it sits on the body. You also need a spray bottle of soapy water, and a helper. Have the helper hold the window up against the body, and start puling the line so the lip of the rubber goes over the lip on the body. If it falls off, just try again. After a couple of tries you'll get the hang of it.
