And fire retardant plywood was the ticket for townhouse roofs. And there's no need to put cinderblock under stucco, just nail the wire to the 2 x 4 frame and spray it on. Of course, a couple of years later the wooden frame will be rotten. My Point? Stay away from stuff when it's "new". Stick with whats been around a while and proven itself.
