Not wishing to slam this conversion but you are the third person with this kit that I have heard of having the same problem. Apparantly the wiring harness was either poorly designed (not enough thought given to voltage drop, etc) or poorly executed (bad wires or connections). I would call Eurospec about it and tell them that this seems to be a recurring problem and that they need to do some kind of recall or something. The other two folks I spoke with about this problem said that Eurospec wouldn't even give them a wiring diagram to aid them in troubleshooting.
