If you dont want to replace the pipe now a good temp fix is to double up on the gaskets at the warped flange and go heavy on the permatex. I did this a while back and it held well for the six months it took me to find a junker with a good set of pipes.

What Flange? Just replace the bad pipe and gaskets.
