Mechanically sound: 12,000 miles on rebuild, new tires (proper Van tires) shocks (BOGE), heads, VDO head temp sensor, properly cared for.  Straight body, new rubber seals on pop-top. Full kitchen, CD player, Bentley.  

Selling because just got my dream westy (syncro etc.)
