Ralph,

I always take my Westy for propane to the kind of U-Haul Rental outlet which has the repair shop. Avoid the kind of outlet which is attached to another business. The "regular" outlet has a series of propane hose attachements, one of which fits the Westy, usually. I stand there and observe, ready to correct and to murder, if necessary, while the usually competent person fills the tank with no more than 3 gallons, at, usually, the best price in any market.
