This same question came up on the Fast German Auto web site (http://www.fastgermanauto.com/). Their response suggested an exhaust header system, high ratio rocker arms, Bosch Platinium +4's, and a K&N air filter to get a 25 hp gain. For still more you could go with some big valve heads and a 2.1L crank. One of the magazines dedicated to little rice burner cars suggested having the injectors matched can net several extra ponies. The theory makes sense but I don't know how well it will work with the Bosch system or how practical it would be to do it (or have it done).
