Actually, if I remember my schooling correctly brown-green-black-black-red would be 1500 (1.5k) ohms +/- 5%. BR-G-BL-BL = 1500, the red at the end is either +/- 5% or +/- 10% tolerance.

R-R-BL would be 220 ohms.
