Here in Bryson City, North Carolina I found an inspection station where you don't need to get out of your vehicle. I pull in and tell the guy I need an inpsection. He says he'll be right back and heads into the station. I think he's off to to get inspection tools and gizmos but lo and behold he comes out with a sticker and slaps it on the window. I pay him and drive off never having to step out of the van. I also think the man was not doing me any favours. I believe this was common practice. Emissions testing is unfortunatly not even mentioned in this neck off the hills. Merv 90 Carat
