1. Please tell me if there is a way to connect the VDO oil pressure dual
sender other than using the Hose Kit. Not sure I like that hose hanging out
in harm's way.


2. If I do have to use the Hose Kit... at 12+ inches it seems there is some
slack that needs to be sucked up in bends someplace... as near as I can
figure coming straight out of the tin cover would take about 6 inches...
where do I put the other 6 inches and keep it away from the hot exhaust
pipes, etc.?


3. Also, where is the best place to order this stuff? Bus Boys apparently
has a bad reputation but they claim they sell only the best quality versions
made in Germany... Bus Depot sells the gauges (but not the Hose Kit) but
their VDO numbers are different (perhaps not made in Germany?).
