Hi all,
Earlier this summer, my driver's window stopped
working in the halfway down position.  Since I was
leaving for Baja the next day and knew I'd need to
roll the window down sometime in that heat I just
grabbed a new one from the dealer ($65, ouch).


The failed unit sits here on my desk and I know I
won't fix it.  I pulled it apart, cleaned the contacts
and still something isn't quite right.


If someone wants it, let me know and I can send it.


I'm no mechanic but really appreciate all the tips and
comments over the years.  Just my way of saying thanks
to the list.
