yes. there is only one substance known to man that will displace the coolant absorbed in the foam padding under the carpet:

mouse urine.

yup. that's right. trouble is, it is very very hard to obtain, and you have to catch about 50 of them little suckers and squeeze the dickens out of them to get enough to counteract/displace about 1/2 quart of coolant.

but you put a couple of ounces of mouse/mice urine into your carpet, and believe you me, you won't be smelling that coolant ANYmore. :)
