the 911 has a large capacity 12 or 13 qt oiling system with a oilstat
plus a fuel management system that is o so fine  for the most part the
911 has very little
load put on it and rarly use all the power the engine can make unlike
the vw engines  with dual overhead cams theres alot more oil in the
rocker boxes and  heads
my thinking is hot heads are not a problem for the 911
mobil one is a great oil
