No I don't, but I wish I had :-). The 16" Syncro is a HD version of the regular 14" Syncro. It has reinforced body, different rear trailing arms and the 16" wheels, to name the basic differences. Almost any version of the Vanagon Syncro could be delivered as 16", from basic pickups to GL Campers. Not more than 2200 or so were built.
