Hi Per,

David is right when he says that the "VW Dynamic Oil Pressure Warning
System" is a decent warning device. And yes it is on all the later
production Vanagons. However when the O/P LED fails, the entire system
buzzer and all, are INOPERATIVE ! Thus I have the standard VW warning
system, full digital gauges AND an independent LED system monitoring oil
pressure, temps & voltage.
