This is what my unit (HQ, 88th Regional Support Command) sent to everyone about things like this. "The overall intent may be good, but the fact remains that chain letters, virus hoaxes, advertisements, etc. sent to a large number of addressees causes congestion of our email system. The attached link describes how to identify email hoaxes. The best way to deal with email of this kind is to delete it. If you are in doubt as to whether an email is a hoax, contact the help desk (or review the attached link) before you send that email to anyone else. http://ciac.llnl.gov/ciac/CIACHoaxes.html" So, before you send something out that has you thinking, "Could that really be true?", look at the web site.
