Have any of you Syncronauts experienced Power steering belt wear against the oil filler tube! I have tried to move the oil tube, but it seems to be very fixed, and up against the sheet metal below it! Well actually there is about 1/4 to 1/2" clearance below it and it could be forced down, but that would put stress on the pipe and its connection to the engine??!! Not only does it wear the fan belt, but also the oil tube and hose clamp! There seems to be some clearance when the engine is off, but the vibrations while driving must force the tube into the belt??!!
