Hey guys & gals, The needle on my speedo doesn't want to come off the low end peg until I'm going about 25-30mph when it is cold (mainly in the mornings). After I get up to 25-30mph, the needle springs up to approx. the correct speed. I have done some small tests when this happens and it looks like the odometer is still reading correctly, it's just that the needle for the speedo sticks.

Any ideas?
