Joel, you for got to add that even if it is 100% true,
please don't post this junk to the list.  Hopefully, no
one else will fall for this taxing e-mail garbage.  The
gov. is never going to tax e-mail for gods sake, or
charge for it.  What i don't understand is how people
who are gullible enough to fall for that stuff manage
to keep their vanagons on the road.
